This Section Needs a bit of work !

How It Started

My interest in IT started quite strangely. He may not realize it, but my Grandad has and continues to play an immense part in driving me to learn about IT, if it wasn’t for him telling me that when I broke the computer again he would refuse to fix it, I wouldn’t be where I was today. Since then I’ve wanted to show him that I could do it and hopefully I have. So thanks Grandad. I think another major part of my determination, was to prove 2 friends from school wrong, I’ve probably annoyed them more times than they can remember but they’ve really helped me without out realizing. Thanks Amish and Jack.

What I’m Currently Doing

I am currently studying for a “National Diploma in IT System Support” at Gloscol its actually been really good and I have enjoyed it a hell of alot.

I work for a company called MITIE pest control. (Please note, just because the name of the company has “Pest control” within it this does not imply that I am the person who “puts down traps”). Far from the belief of a few people I also really enjoy going to work ! (never thought i would say that) but it has helped me alot with college and ive gained much needed experience. I am currently the “It Champion” at MPC, im not actually sure what the champion bit of my title means but it basically means head of IT for that division of MITIE.

Motocross

Bikes have always been a pretty big part of my life from a halfords mountain bike in Benhall woods to riding 300cc KTM’s on 2 mile long enduro tracks. I love the sport and have always wanted to ride motocross but never had the chance up until now, which is why im buying a KTM this year !

Wheres Matt?

This part of the site checks to see if my computer is on, and theres a pretty big chance that if my computers on im sat at it so drop me a line! If my computer is on it will say “Yes, im Online” and if im not online it will say im not. Clever Stuff !
